Our Commitment
We want everyone to be able to find out when tickets go on sale. We aim for Beat The Touts to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What We Do
- Every part of the site can be used with a keyboard, and the item in focus is clearly highlighted.
- A “Skip to listings” link lets keyboard and screen reader users jump straight past the header.
- Tabs, filters, menus and expandable cards tell screen readers what they are and whether they are open or selected.
- Images and logos have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG contrast levels, and the page works when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
- Form fields, such as the email sign-up, have visible labels and clear error messages.
Known Limitations
- Ticket links take you to the ticket seller’s own site, which we do not control.
- Extra-ticket alerts quote posts from X (Twitter) written by venues and promoters; we cannot guarantee their wording or images are accessible.
Feedback
If anything on the site is hard to use with your browser, screen reader or other assistive technology, please tell us at [email protected], including the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days and will get you the information you need in another way in the meantime.
